This guidance is currently being reviewed to ensure it aligns with Government expectations as announced on Monday 23 September.
There will be different ways of determining how much of a person’s work needs to be kanohi ki te kanohi | face to face.
The table below is provided as a tool to assist agencies and can also be used by teams. There may be other methods that suit agencies better, or the tool below could be adapted.
The tool uses the types of work requiring face-to-face contact identified above. The tasks and activities identified, and their position on the table, are informed by the professional and academic literature. Agencies may want to add other tasks and activities and may move some around depending on what is right for their context.
